Can metapop be used for viral bins (some viral contigs linked by N)?
I have a viral bin dataset and a viral contig dataset, and want to compare their microdiversity mode. The microdiversity of contig datasets was calculated by metapop. If I use the InStrain to perform viral bins microdiversity calculation, the results generated from viral bins can be directly compared to the contig microdiversity?
