@matianzhou The bug is in line 263 of this file: https://github.com/metaOmic/MetaDE/blob/master/R/Utility.R

So what happened is cat output the message and returns nothing, while the stop catches the return value of cat (which is empty) at its argument. So stop didn't through the message hence my shiny didn't catch it.

@xiaoguang1988 You got this one right XDD this is a MetaDE bug.
