I add the Fred modification to fix bug on pcr_outlier when the function remove too many replicate. The threshold formule is update.
I also update the vignette to allow the package source build to update the old function parameter by upgraded function. I think that some lines can be remove because the new function are better and do the job in one line, but I do not remove this line (to discuss)
