Alarm error notification

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I've setup alarm, but didn't receive email in time because schema changed and query was failing.

Describe the solution you'd like A checkbox on "Create alarm" dialog that sends alert that query failed.

How important is this feature to you? I see reliably as a critical property of alarms feature. Otherwise its unusable in many scenarios.

same issue here, in two cases our metabase queries used for sanity checks failed silently due to schema change, it would be extremely useful to receive a notification when underlying query fails
