Please add the ability to mute new signup notifications like in the desktop version. #125

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I cannot mute new signup notifications on Metatext like I can on the desktop. My server is receiving thousands of signups per day and all of the staff on iOS had to switch off Metatext as a result.

Describe the solution you'd like Add the option to turn off notifications for new signups in the Notification Types settings.

Describe alternatives you've considered I've muted the whole app in iOS, but that's not ideal.

I would like to second this request please. I've tried 5 didn't apps and I feel like yours is the best. Thanks for all the time and hardwork you are putting into the application.
