While I do not need alt text or captions, I only boost posts that have them on videos/images. However, MetaText does not show a video's alt text or caption.

An ability to see the video's alt text or caption, preferably one that works well with screen readers. If the OS's video interface doesn't support it, perhaps it'll be good to add it to the bottom of posts with a video + alt text.
