Possible issue with Pleroma profiles

Describe the bug I will preface this by saying this may well be my issue but: I'm using my own Pleroma instance with the app and can't access the Edit Profile or Account Settings links

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior: Tap on "Edit profile" or "Account Settings" The pop-up says ""Metatext" Wants to Use "https" to Sign In" (I was expecting to see my instance URL here) If I say OK I am greeted with a Safari error page

Expected behavior I should be able to access my profile/settings on the web

Same here. iPhone 13 Pro Max, iOS 16.1. I'm using Akkoma, a fork of Pleroma.
