Add option to hide labels from tab bar #179

Summary

This PR implements #178.

Other Information

The default setting is to show labels (no changes to current behavior)
The user will need to restart the app in order for the setting to take effect

Thank you so much for the time and thought you put into this. I'm going to instead consider removing the labels in a future redesign rather than supporting an additional setting, but I do appreciate your effort.
