Use baseline version of SDF3 and ESV (which depends on SDF3) in preparation of using Statix in SDF3. Tested with a local build of spoofax-releng.

The baseline is pretty old, but otherwise looks good.

Yes, we should update the baseline soon, especially since SDF3 should be bootstrapped for proper Unicode support. We cannot change individual versions for now, as we only ship the 2.3.0 baseline of meta-languages with Eclipse. All versions will be updated in sync when we update the baseline.
