Initial dummy/WIP implementation of Dynamix languages within Spoofax 3.

List of things that still need to be done/reviewed (this is mainly a list for me):

dynamix.runtime project, Spoofax2
Move stx/sdf/str to dynamix subfolder for namespacing
Namespace stratego functions to dx-/dx--
Review moving of dynamix projects to a separate repository (spoofax.pie is ok for now)
Review version of imported source language for spoofax2 projects (currently 0.0.1-snapshot)
Consider extracting tim to separate meta-language, source imports
