[WIP] Fixing MacOS Distributable

I am going through the script and checking for things that should be implemented.

• Core folder and other unnecessary folders must be deleted for tarball formation. (Working)
• Runtimes must be put inside tarballs. (Allowed , was previously commented out)
• Dependencies must be deleted along with core (Working)
• Update the correct path for executing metacallcli

It is WIP and hence a draft PR. I will squash the commits, clean up the details and make a proper pr when there is a sufficient code change.
