So i was looking the the lib files and i noticed that each transistor has 3 models 1 normal model 2 it has _L0 3 had a _L1

i see that 1 is the normal one and that 2&3 have the normal thermal interface pints BUT what is the difference between them ?

Each level introduces more accurate thermal effects. I typically stick to the L0 models as the the others tend to be quite slow. Infineon has an app note here that tells you exactly what the differences are on page 6 here: https://www.infineon.com/dgdl/Infineon-ApplicationNote_PowerMOSFET_SimulationModels-AN-v01_00-EN.pdf
