Support for macOS Sierra #15

This adds support for building on macOS Sierra. As far as I know mediactrl is not needed for kicad. I'm not certain if these changes are needed for wxWidgets 3.1 — I believe the issues have been fixed in wxWidgets upstream, but not in a release yet.

It seems like the Travis CI check fails due to a missing .travis.yml for this repo.
