Hound container draft to search on metacpan extracted #65

The goal is to replace grep.metacpan with hound, but first we should consider enabling hound.metacpan.org so we can play with it, maybe customize it then drop & replace grep with it.

This is a draft for now, do not merge

nope this was an experiment from a few years ago we can close it
