ignore list no longer working #69

Context

I used the ignore list in the past to exclude ppport.h, but it now appears to be ... ignored.

Process

[ordered list the process to finding and recreating the issue, example below]

search for "sv_setsv_cow" with "ppport.h" as the ignore list
result includes many results from ppport.h

Expected result

Results do not include matches from ppport.h

Current result

Many, many results from ppport.h

Possible Fix

[not obligatory, but suggest fixes or reasons for the bug]
