allow easy searches for Raku (perl6) modules #2393

From limited testing with the various search methods I cannot successfully search for Raku modules. Such modules are stored under the author's name in a "Perl6" subdirectory and I can see mine via my pause account, but not via metacpan.

If there is a way than it needs to be listed in the FAQ.

These modules are currently not searchable via MetaCPAN. I think someone was looking into adding this functionality a couple of years ago, but I don't know how far they got.

Maybe I can submit a PR--I haven't forgotten all my Perl foo yet! :-D

BTW, the lack of ability to search for Raku on CPAN is one reason cited for not using it for Raku. I, on the other hand, think the alternative, the clunky and problematic Raku "ecosystem" on Github, is terrible! Even though the CPAN search is lacking, we have a pretty good search facility on https://modules.raku.org which uses the CPAN API.

This is somewhat intentional as far as I know, as people looking for Perl modules would not find much use in Raku results and vice versa. Presentation wise it could possibly be done with a visibly separate site with shared functionality.

It's important with discussions like this to keep in mind that MetaCPAN and CPAN are distinct entities; CPAN is where these files are being stored, MetaCPAN is a search engine for them, there is nothing requiring it to be the only one.
