missing package `acepack` #109

Looking through metacran for acepack finds it: https://www.r-pkg.org/search.html?q=acepack

but the link to browse source code:

https://github.com/cran/acepack

goes to a 404.

the package appears to be alive on CRAN:

https://cran.rstudio.com/web/packages/acepack/

acepack has some discrepancies that throw off my mirroring code. Namely, the acepack_1.1.tar.gz file has version 1.0-4 and I was not prepared for that. I actually don't know what the heck to do with it....
