A small idea. In cases where a package was on CRAN at some stage but has been archived, it could be useful to show 'Archived' (or similar) rather than 'Not published'
The main reason being, for users of the package, 'Not published' has a sense of mystery about it (along the lines of: 'what happened, it was there yesterday'), whereas 'Archived' offers more of a clue as to what someone would need to do to install the package (saving unnecessary inquiries)
