plotrix::radial.pie - small change #82

Following this stackoverflow question, I noticed that the xlab and ylab arguments were not being passed on to plot within the radial.pie function. I made a small adjustment to the function in my answer. Perhaps the maintainer can have a look if this was correct and update the function in the next version.
