cran-robot issue: missing release #92

(sorry if this is not the right place for reporting issues with the cran-robot)

For some reason, https://github.com/cran/h5 is stuck at h5 v0.9.7 while according to https://www.r-pkg.org/pkg/h5 v0.9.8 has been out for a year.

With the release of 0.9.9, 0.9.8 has also magically appeared.
