New samples for DCAT-AP #10

All samples come from https://metadata.vlaanderen.be/

There are 9 samples: 3 services and 6 datasets, with a mix of origins, contents and formats.

I also left the XML of the records alongside the MEF archive to make it simpler to regenerate them in the future if needed.

I could test this locally: the records were cleanly loaded and had a title straight after loading.

I had some trouble setting the branch up though, and maybe you could help me finding out why :).

I checked out your branch in the dcat2 submodule
After mvn clean / install, the sample_data dcat2 directory was removed (web/src/main/webapp/WEB-INF/data/config/schema_plugins/dcat2/sample-data) and repopulated
The files in that directory were the old ones though (the original two mef files), and I'm not sure why. Does the maven process do a fresh submodule fetch perhaps?

Maybe the issues you had are due to the renaming of the github repo?

I should think not, I manually updated from your repository so that's another repository entirely. I am probably missing a maven mechanism that updates the schema files from the /schemas folder and copies it into the web folder, where it's not using the files present but fetches them from a submodule pointer instead. No worries, after merging this will resolve itself I'm sure :). Thanks!
