- Adds a DatasetSeries class
- Deprecated some properties to use the DCAT taxonomy instead (hasVersion, isVersionOf, versionInfo)
- Added properties to DataService class (publisher, format)
- Modified type property to Agent
- Modified accessRights property to Dataset
- Added applicableLegislation property to Dataset & DataService
- Added status property to a Distribution
