In FGP, there is an option for testing a WMS service when it is supplied as a resource.

Would like to have the button/functionality ported to HNAP if possible.

Maybe we can first identify what tests are actually performed when Test Service is selected? Anyone know?

@ianwallen I am slow to the uptake on this, finally figuring out that HNAP has its own convention for WMS Server layer references.
