Create an additional Contact
Note the fields available for this contact and compare it to the first Contact
In the second contact there are six fields that do not appear in the default contact
Individual name; Position name; Linkage; name; Description; Hours of Service
User has reported having to create a second contact and delete the default to input a single contact correctly.
We need the contact block consistent between what is the default vs. when users add a new contact block.
