In the following the "Branch/Sector/Division" is confusing some users as they see this as the format of the data to be entered and not suggestions. i.e. users will try to enter "my branch/my sector/my division"
Also, some organizations have the hierarchy in a different order. So some may want "Division/Sector/Branch".
But this title is not to identify the field format but simply and example of the type of data to be stored.
i.e. it could show "Branch, Section, Division, etc..." instead however this seems like something that should be in the field description/help.
Maybe we should rename the fields to the following. i.e.
Name
Department or Agency
Sub Division
And then we can look into updating the help section to contain the following.
Name of the responsible organization. Department or Agency within to the organization. Sub Division can include information such as District, Sector, Branch etc...
There are also a couple issues with the help button.
It would be better if we could specify the "help" for each field instead of a combined field help.
It seems like there is a bug with the wrapping of the text as shown in the example screenshot. The text is not readable if the screen size is reduced.
