Create a group of templates which are filled out as an "instance set" (composed of one instance of every template in the template group), in which identical fields across the set only have to be filled out in one place (and modifying it anywhere in the set modifies it everywhere).
In the instance set it must be possible to specify each set of fields which are actually a single (unified) field across the instances in the groups. For example, consider an instance set which specifies a participant ID field, the value of which is always the same anywhere the Participant ID field appears within any instance of any single instance set of that template group.
