Basic features for curation like: set up summary queries for instances meeting certain criteria (submitted, approved, hasIssues, project="x", author="y|z", etc.); create partially pre-filled instances and assign to other users; receive all suggestions and comments on templates and ontology terms from designated users; submit multiple instances at once to external repository; associate external repository's error responses with specific instances.
