Update CEDAR export to AIRR template #20

Make modifications to the CEDAR pipeline code to reflect the AIRR template (updated in #21).

Consider whether this can be automated, given that NCBI doesn't check the attribute names (so the template attribute names can be considered authoritative).

Should be automatable, Ahmad should be able to take a shot at that based on his knowledge of the attributes that are required.
