Investigate whether CEDAR (or BioPortal) can help annotate ImmPort data (a la Annotator).

from email: enable John Campbell to apply Elastic Search or SOLR to index the metadata, find exact and synonym matches to ontologies (GO, PR, CL, Uberon, etc.) and other reference repositories (SnoMEDCT, NCI Thesaurus, GEO, dbGAP, SRA, Panorama), as well as find links to other result data repositories (GEO/SRA/dbGAP/TCGA/GDC, PRIDE (proteomics), Metabolomics Workbench/MetaboLights) and make the expanded annotation available for searching and retrieval. The expanded annotation could be represented in am RDF triple store (e.g. StarDog), and queried with SPARQL
