title search not working #1141

Entering title:content does not find any artifacts, but entering 'content' finds a lot of artifacts with content in the title.

This is the expected behavior (see https://metadatacenter.github.io/cedar-manual/sections/a2/4_advanced_searching_search_fields/). Entering title:content will search for instances with the value "content" for the field "title". Users that need to search for the word "content" in the artifact title will just need to search for "content".
