Investigate how GenBank submission can be made from AIRR template (in addition to current BioProject/BioSample/SRA submission).

Submission is email based.

Had technical call with NCBI staff on February 5th. They reported that new GenBank submission process is/will be available, with person responsible being on vacation for three weeks. Suggest follow up call in March to get details.

This is great.. If they are going to have new submission supporting some XML or JSON schema. We need to arrange telco with the person
