540 update dependencies #541

Following #540.

Checked the repo using https://jeremylong.github.io/DependencyCheck/ . Updated the low hanging fruits. This decreased from:

Vulnerable Dependencies: 8 -> 7 Vulnerabilities Found: 12 -> 10

Hm, forgot to put it in release 6.1.0. So scheduled for 6.2.0.

You said that these changes were part of the RC. But then they're not in the final release? Is the final release not based on the RC? If so, there's something wrong with the release process.

ACK. Not sure if https://github.com/metafacture/metafacture-core/wiki/Maintainer-Guidelines#making-a-release is wrong or not explicit enough. Will double check that when releasing https://github.com/metafacture/metafacture-core/issues/546 .

I've updated the maintainer guidelines to fix missing -rc branch when releasing.
