As it is the case in #19 the change should not be so easy. As @dr0i said this document is generated automatically and we need to change the source of this content not the generated file.

As @TobiasNx said , as flux-commands.md is generated from the java sources, it has to be done in metafacture-core, see https://github.com/metafacture/metafacture-core/pull/450, which results in https://github.com/metafacture/metafacture-documentation/pull/22. Closing.
