Add workflow from master #35

This is stupid! But i don't know neither

how to push workflow files using a personal access token (directly into 28-use-jekyll-theme) nor
create a workflow file via the Github UI within a branch other than master

Hello me, go to your Github account > Settings > Developer Settings > Personal access tokens > Update the token to include the workflow scope. That's it.
