Release current master (as 0.5.0) #303

To have a downloadable runner that includes the latest modules (see #300) for analyzing data (in particular for the upcoming workshop at the Bibkongress), we'd like to release the current master to GitHub packages and releases. Since this adds new flux commands, I think the version should be 0.5.0. Like the previous 0.4.1 release, it would be based on metafacture-core 5.5.1-rc1.

Released as 0.5.1 (had the core dependency wrong in 0.5.0), see:
