proxy:

[x] configure proxypass https://test.metafacture.org/playground/ to q4
[x] add q4 as a member to balancer in hot standby

q3:

[x] archive current install
[x] install docker + docker compose
[x] install dockerised playground
[x] update monit check

proxy:

[x] set q4 as main balancermember, q3 + q1 in hot standby

@dr0i @fsteeg all instances are now running with Docker.
