Trending or recent Section for each manga source #190

Feature Description

When i wanted to search for new interesting manga to pickup, i always have to open the site manually and checking if there's any cool manga to read.

Solution you would like

Add like a trending or recent section on each manga source, so that we can pickup what trending and what's new
