I have a thought - since you're hosting the files on a CDN, you could feature a simple HTML page that points to the libraries and has the few divs required to make it work.
So then your instructions can be:
Download this sample HTML page
That's it!
All the other stuff still has value, of course. But beyond seeing a demo, the next thing people want to do is see the code and poke around in there. So rather than telling people how to do it, you can show them via comments in a fully functioning example.
