Gallery not following HTML flow, footer ends up stuck at the top of the gallery, hidden by images. #1637

My footer and anything placed below the section of the file with the gallery wrapper ends up hidden by the gallery. I have attempted multiple CSS/html changes, but the only thing that has fixed it in my tests was to remove the isotope javascript or jquery or isotope min. Is there a setting that can help with this?
