No need for doc-ready when using RequireJS #10

RequireJS already comes with a document ready handling so no need for this one when I am using outlayer together with RequireJS ...

Any ideas how we can do this to reduce the file size?

Thanks for the suggestion. It's a good thought but doc-ready is still required for HTML initialization.

doc-ready is only used in one place. You can easily enough fork this repo and remove it as you wish. I'll leave that to you!
