Transition function #29

This allows use of a custom transition for the layout. It also includes an example of how you might use this.

Thank you for this contribution. This is a nice feature. But I'd like to keep Outlayer only using CSS transitions. I've left the PR open for a while in case others were interested. Time to close it up :strawberry:
