Jquery UI Draggable is Responsive or not? #543

HI,

I am using jquery ui draggable() function in my application. Its correctly working in Desktop and Laptop. But i am checked mobile responsive not working. i am created widget is fixed that position but scroll is enabled. Not working responsive.
