UPDATE: Added github workflow for contributors

Dynamic Readme with GitHub workflow

I have created a update-contributors.yml in the ./github/workflow directory and the CONTRIBUTORS.md file in the root directory. This ensures that the update-readme.js file is run to update the README.md with the contributors name and image in the README.md file.
