Wants to build a command line chat application in Python using sockets and use python library rich to provide an interface.

As an alternative to rich, we can use colorama for the CLI interface.

Sure @advaita-saha I'd love to work on something fresh. Can I just add something related to sockets and threading only so that it would help anyone who hasn't worked with socket programming or threaded servers before. I'll also raise a new issue for the same.
