SignUp Form is not Working

Describe the bug In Signup form the email and metamask field are unclickable. Although authentication using discord and github is working fine, but I am unable to click on the email and metamask field.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to metafy.social/signup
2. Click on 'Email Field'
3. See Bug

Expected behavior User should be able to click email and metamask address fields in order to login via email or metamask.
