• Add check for the database before running based on aligner and cluster choice
• Allow Alternate directory for your databases same way as done on FOCUS (https://github.com/metageni/SUPER-FOCUS/issues/30)
• Change -n 0/1 to only -n using action='store_true'
• Add a parameter for temp files from DIAMOND (https://github.com/metageni/SUPER-FOCUS/issues/49)
• Delete cat FASTA(s) after running superfocus_downloadDB
• Add version to log
• Conda wrong superfocus version ((super-focus)$ superfocus --version SUPER-FOCUS 0.0.0)
• Rename output extension from xls to csv (https://github.com/metageni/SUPER-FOCUS/issues/51) - not a problem but it seems to keep being an issue to some users.
