Based on existing literature, prepare standard input tables to simulate defined human sample types to facilitate the assessment of human metagenomics analysis in targeted situations.

Possible human sample types:

Stool
Respiratory tract (throat swabs)
Oral swab (buccal mucosa)
Skin (cubital fossa)
