We need a mechanism to keep the images we are using up to date. Example: We are using GTDB-tk version 1.4.1. The newest version with multiple bug fixes is 1.7.0.

We could either use Dependabot or Renovate in combination with Github Actions.

We need to split this issue into multiple tasks:

[x] Docker images that are not maintained by toolkit developers.
[ ] Binaries (e.g. seqkit) that are used as auxiliary tools.
[x] Docker images that are maintained by toolkit developers.
