Add import-fastqdir #7

if fastqs are already organize as directory, create json like https://ngless.embl.de/yaml-list.html#specifying-a-list-of-samples-in-a-yaml-file

@fthirion89 please implement this. Having a dedicated script/workflow to do so is not satisfactory.
