Thank you @gershido @thelastjosh

But, the logos folders were deprecated and the index.html is not where we update the changes, as a result changes weren't displayed even after the PR was merged we are maintaining the list of logos and indexing the list on the DAOstar-website react app, where we make the changes.

I've updated it and the Hats protocol logo should be live on our members list
